Chris Wanstrath is a software developer and entrepreneur who co-founded GitHub in 2008 to make it easier to share software code and collaborate on software projects, both in the open source community and within companies. Today, GitHub is the largest code host in the world, with a community of 6M people building software together. Prior to becoming CEO in January 2014, Chris was leading product development for GitHub.
