Joe Coray is head of the Hartford's Technology & Life Science Practice and the Renewable Energy and International Practices. In this capacity, he is responsible for all execution activities of the group, including overseeing field sales, underwriting, and strategy. Combining middle-market, small commercial, and professional liability, the Technology Practice is growing as an industry leader in insurance and risk management for technology and life-science companies. Since joining the Hartford in 2005, Coray has been in the middle-market segment, active in several initiatives and projects. He has been involved in insurance for technology and life-science customers for several years, focusing on large accounts for property and casualty as well as professional lines of business. Joe has been in the insurance industry since 1987.
